Looks like a stork bite. Both my kids have one.

Stroke bite. My son had one. Its a birthmark. We call stork bite because of a stork delivered him to you the carry them like that lol

Mine has one on his left eye across to the bridge of his nose and up his forhead and has one from the top of his neck halfway up his head. Its nothing to be concerned about 😁
