I need some serious advice, like as much as I can get. I was in the dollar store with my fiancè today and some lady was staring at my belly and me for a solid 8 minutes. (NOT EXAGGERATING) She had her mouth open the entire time during the stare as well. Even when I moved into the next aisle because I felt uncomfortable she kept her gaze on me. My fiancè told me in the car that he had seen the lady staring too and he was pretty pissed about how rude she was being. I told him that it's not the first time someone has stared at me. The night before some ladies, probably 30+ years old were staring at me while I was grabbing some late night goodies at the local store. They were whispering about how I probably didn't know who the father was and that I was pretty fat looking too. I told my fiancè about the father thing but not the fat statement. What should I do? It feels like I can't even go out without being judged because I willingly chose to have a kid at 20 almost 21 years old.
You never know what is going on in her life. I can admit when I had my son at 23 weeks, I had issues with pregnant women. I caught myself staring a few times. It was more of looking and getting lost in thought about my own situation, how envious I was because I lost the end of my pregnancy, etc. perhaps she had a loss or was struggling to get pregnant. I wouldn’t jump to conclusions thinking it was personal and she was staring to be mean.
@dominiqueburton.tm, that was a terrible comment. Perhaps if they’re struggling to save $ for IVF they’re staring longing for a pregnancy. They should be treated with compassion and not be shamed for infertility. I can’t believe a woman would make that comment about another woman.
Forget those bitter bitches they are the same old farts struggling with trying to get pregnant and scrapping change together for IVF.I find that most people who past judgement on others are usually fighting with their on demons.Im 23 with my first but I look like I’m 16/17 so I get my share of stares and I just try and brush it off don’t even let them stress you out enough to respond because then they won.Dont let their bitterness and ignorance be your problem.
Should have told her a picture lasts longer😂 jeez people are rude. I had my son at 21 years old and people usually congratulated me. I don’t know if I look older than you or what. I’m also technically obese and no one commented on my weight except for a about 8-9 year old to his mom at the end of my pregnancy and she scolded him(it was like the last month)when my belly actually started growing and I just brushed it off. Both my sister in laws had their firsts at 18&19 years old. Having them young just means you get to love them a little longer❤️I’m happy I had my son this young(I want 4 babies at least 3 years apart and I don’t want to be too old and tired when they are still active) and I don’t pay attention to what anyone else thinks because I am sooo happy and so proud to be his mommy. I used to be so wrapped up in what everyone else thought about me too but something changed in me and now the past few years it’s just that I really don’t care anymore. I don’t know how it happened, maybe just the confidence of being with someone or only trying to impress him and caring what he thought not complete strangers, but I definitely do have my days where I feel like I do have to impress others. I hope that helps at least a little and good luck!
I'm on my first baby an just turned 22. People will talk, stare and be rude. But yo either bit your tongue or or le them have it. I usually just bite my tongue cause the negative people that you il only see one, aren't worth your time or energy.
It someone stared at me like that I'd probably just stare back. Dramatically tilt my head to the side and if it persisted I'd say something like "omg RIGHT? pregnancy IS a beautiful thing". If I heard someone making an off handed comment like that "man, I'm so glad I didn't end up like you".
I’ll be 25 this year with 4 kids , I would’ve stared back noticeably so they could look the other damn way
Oh no I definitely would’ve said something. I don’t bite my tongue for nobody 👎🏻
Oh darling! I'm 20, 21 In December I have THREE kids and number four on the way, Looks & Comments are normal I just smile and brush them off, Do they raise our children? Do they have to give birth to them? Do they have to support them in any way? I could go on & on but the answer is NO most certainly not. So 🖕🏻 Em. Keep your head high & Your middle finger higher.😉
Hello I am knew here. Im looking to make some new friends on here. My sister told me about her experience and meeting a new friend whom she feels like she has known forever. I am married and I work from home. I am also a college student. I have two boys and they are the best.

I am sick to death of my in laws telling me how fat Scarlett is, and asking me what I feed her! Does she look fat to you? No!
It's my turn ladies!
Finally, after nearly FORTY-TWO weeks... I decided to get induced. Baby Violet scared me with some decreased fetal movement and I couldn't wait any longer.

So I just woke up from my nap to this very rude message from my baby fathers sister this is the second time one of his sisters has said some very rude disrespectful things to me , I already told him about it & he addressed the situation but I feel a type of way , I'm so upset I don't even know what to say back to her without getting real rude & disrespectful how would you ladies handle the situation ?

His face wouldn’t of looked like that in the mug shot 🤷🏾♀️. I’ve had two people my whole life kiss me kids randomly. One was a lady in church( my mom pulled me away because I was about to fill her with the Holy Ghost.) and the other was a girl in the store who I knew had autism and some other delays. I didn’t go off on her I told her mother and she talked to her about it. Both of those were on the forehead.
@laniejay, well believe it I disagree
