Just a random question for all the pregnant women who have given birth how does it feel like when your water breaks and can you tell?
37+1 with my daughter and they said I had 3/4 litres of water it was like something out of the movies 😂 flooded my bed, towels pads nothing would hold the water had to stand with a towel between my legs. It's funny now was scary at the time tho.
A gush every 5 mins...yeah quite a lot of water :) note that waters dont have to break to be in labour x
I didn’t feel them break, I woke up in the night for a pee and they went as I got up and there was just wetness everywhere! Xx
@jayda_786, I had woken up from a punch from lil man an a stomachache feeling but other then that no discomfort or pain when my waters went. You don’t actually feel anything when they go in the sense of them breaking, you just feel the water like as if ya spilt water on ya lap. Some people have said they felt a pop (no pain still) just a pop and there’s water. It’s the contractions that cause the discomfort & pain xx
@jayda_786 it can do bbe mine did i was like wen you take the plug out the sink or a bath bbe mine was any way xxx
Mine went as I got up from sitting on the sofa lol just suddenly felt a load of warm water, like I’d wet myself but without the sensation of wetting my self if that makes sense. Then kept happening every so often, not as much if I remember right. Just take a towel with ya to sit on in the car lol xx
You'll defiantly no when they have broke and I didn't feel anything but a gush of water xx @jayda_786
I felt a dull 'pop' down below, it's hard to explain how it felt and then had a big gush of water all over my new mattress 😂 and then I stood up and it went everywhere, I left a trail of puddles to the bathroom lol!x
