Pretty sure I pulled a muscle in my groin. I can’t touch it and it hurts to walk. How do I help it? 😭 started around 5pm yesterday. Did Tylenol. Hot shower and heating pad with rest and it just hurts 😫

@sammymclaughlin77, Lol yes, girl it hurt so bad I had to go see a dr to make sure everything was okay. It happened because of the way my legs jerked apart when i almost slipped.

Ughh sorry, that happened to me when I was about 38 weeks and it hurt sooo bad I could barely walk. Only thing that helped was resting.
