Possible miscarriage 😢😢😢
I had a horrible migraine last Wednesday that lasted for 2 days then Thursday night I had light pink spotting. Friday and Saturday no spotting but left cramping and back pain. I had levels hcg levels drawn on Saturday. Today no cramping or spotting when I woke up but a light head ache I get to work and I felt the gush come out I ran to the bathroom and bright red blood. I went to the ER and had an ultrasound and they said there is a yoke sac and a fetal pole but no heart rate. There shout be one at 5 weeks and 6 days right?
My hcg levels went from 4000 to 3500... they are going down.
So now my hcg levels are coming up they are now 16000. Still bleeding bright red no clots... I am getting an ultrasound on Friday..what is going on? Has anyone had this happen to them.

I heard, normally they don't pickup a good heartbeat, or even find it until 8-10wks... It could depend on where the baby is..
This happened to me over 13yrs ago with my son....
I just found out I was pregnant and 3days later I woke up at 4am... I had terrible pains, I was throwing up, and passing lots of red blood with clots... I was rushed to the hospital, but they did hear a heartbeat, bc come to find out it was 5m pregnant.... They wasn't sure what exactly was going on, but the baby was fine. That same day I found out I was having a boy... So I wouldn't worry too much as long as your hcg levels are going up... As for the heartbeat, they couldn't hear my daughter's until closer to 7wks...
It’s a good sign your hcg is going up and it’s normal that you haven’t heard a heartbeat yet that’s why most doctors don’t schedule an appointment until 8 weeks because it’s so early they don’t wanna scare the mom if there’s no heartbeat yet
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

Sometimes you know your body better than everyone else. Not every woman will produce high levels of hcg throughout pregnancy some it can take weeks some it can take months don’t trust a blood test don’t trust a urine test trust your heart and when you know it’s times it’s time this doctor was not a gynecologist so he did not give me a quantitative blood test to actually see what my hcg level is at I hope this helps some of you ladies who just feel like giving up and stop testing because of what ...

Saturday at 1AM, lost my mucus plug/bloody show, and I was freaking out! A couple of hours later I had cramping, but felt like BH just a little stronger. They came and went, but felt stronger with each hour. Didn't sleep that whole night! I called the midwife at my hospital and told her I lost it and was having really bad cramping and she told me I was fine and was prob just having BH contractions.
