Depends more on your contractions being regular, 5 mins apart lasting 1 min for 1 hour.

@ashleybradford92 they send me home at 4 too, but monitored me one night and I wasn't going higher I was 4cm for about 2-3 weeks before they induced me into labor

With my daughter I was at a 4 contracting 2-4 minutes apart when I got there. I was at a 5 when they checked me an hour later so I was admitted.

I was dilated to a 4 and they sent me home. Just told me to come back if I met the 5-1-1 rule

3-5 here in ny well for me i was admitted at a 3 but also contracting 2 mins apart
