Depression is really kicking in today.... Ive slept all day long and now I cant sleep so im up stuck in this dark place…

@ashtonndamon oh okay.. my daughter has a coloring book like that I was thinking why is lipid complex for 3 year old.

@ashtonndamon, I completely understand. Just take it a day at a time.

@lulu85_18 its so hard to set goals for the future when youbdont know whats going to happen in the next week...

On my worst days, I try warm baths, essential oils in a diffuser, playing happy music, going for a walk, and setting new goals for the future.

@ashtonndamon I have never seen an adult coloring book. And that is cool.. I wish I could draw that will come in handy for when I am baking cakes it said up tracing stuff for having my little cousin draw it out for me.. where do you get an adult coloring book from?

@ashtonndamon chocolate chip cookies and what I did wrong was I put way too much flour in it I wanted to know what happen if I use three different type of flour yeah well I put too much of all of it in there so next time it was one of you's one cup of each just to see what happens

@ashtonndamon well it will when you keep doing it.. I was wondering on a new cookie recipe today. And it was completely awful. Now I know where I messed up at. So next I will do less or I am still learning how to make some jewelry. The key is to keep trying.
