@kayla187, it’s definitely possible. I know about 5 people who got pregnant on mirena specifically. The likelihood is low but it’s definitely possible.

Ive had my period twice this month. And it’s just from my hormones changing due to limiting sugar in my diet and my birth control. I doubt you are pregnant, BUT it is possible.
