Random question after seeing a post on fb, does your child still believe in santa? I mean like older children if you…

My friend sister who is 8 still believe in Santa.

@pearce5443, my 11 year old I sat & told her recently as she was going big school but she said she already knew coz of kids at school 🙈🤣 I felt mean xx

@mumof4nearly5 I'm trying to keep the magic alive for my 8yr old. But I don't want him to get picked on for believing I think before big school is a good time to tell them xxx

@pearce5443, I say to all mine if you don’t believe you don’t get & my older ones are like 18 & 16 especially when you have the younger ones to think about too ! There’s always that one present under tree no one knows where it’s come from 🤣 it’s all about the magic xxx

@pearce5443, our house love it even the older ones enjoy it I got the elf pet when Nancie was your little boys age & they collect the Christmas spirit for to make the sleigh fly on Xmas eve xxx

My 12 yr old Dosent my 8 yr old does my 12 yr old keeps it up for his brother n sisters sake

@pearce5443, I honestly think child hood is so short believing in Santa for as long as you can is the most wonderful thing for children. They have all their life to be adult.

My brother is coming ten in March and he still believes xx

@kim31mamma Yeah that's exactly how I feel but on the post I saw on Facebook this poor 9 yr old little girl was having the micky taken out of her for believing, It makes makes me so sad xx

@kronaghmc99 Yeah I think I believe until I went to secondary school. So like 11 as well. I just think childhood innocence is ripped away from them far to young these days xxx

I'd personally leave him believe, I believed until I was around 10. My 9 year old sister still believes. Even after me and my sister stopped believing my mum still managed to keep the magic of Christmas alive, just through our family traditions like decorating, making cookies and ginger bread. I don't think he'll be to disappointed when he realises santa isn't real. Odds are a kid from school will tell him before they go to secondary school, if not then maybe think about telling him?

Seb is 8 almost 9 he still does xx

@jamieleighx Yeah I just know how cruel kids can be. Especially when another kid believes in something they don't. Xx
