Absolutely! I go to a chiropractor that specializes in pregnancy and infants and they actually swear that going regularly makes for an “easier” delivery not to mention helps you feel so much better throughout the pregnancy!

I relied on it 100% with my first, I had horrible hip issues and the chiro helped a ton!
