Since it hasn't been long since you fed your daughter, I'm guessing that your body is regulating faster. I know that mine stopped getting engorged after my supply regulated, and she successfully fed for 2 years. I'm a few weeks from delivering and my breasts are not as full or sore as the first time through, but I've never had a supply issue.

If you are concerned, just keep track of wet and dirty diapers, and the doctor will make sure the baby is following their growth curve. Just keep feeding on demand if possible.

Thank you ladies! I was a little worried because I didn’t breastfeed my daughter for long. And my breasts were always so full and hard by the time it came to the next feeding. So this is all new territory for me lol.
