@boymom123, aquafor never worked for my guy either. It kept it too moist. Make sure all your soaps are dye and fragrance free too. As natural as possible.
Is it a gentle formula that’s more broken down? If not, I’d try that and then consider a non dairy one
@boymom123 good I would to, my primary thought my daughter didn't need her formula switched I went to another and they switched it and that's what she needed. Also like now I think she needs a helmet and he disagrees so I'm going to get a second opinion if he says the same thing next month
I would take him to a dermatologist. My oldest had this happen and it spread all over. The dermatologist prescribed some sort of shampoo/ body wash and a low dose steroid ointment. It cleared up quickly after that. We still wash everything in free and clear detergent and are careful about the soaps and shampoos we use on him.

Poor little man I would get a second opinion. Is he in pain or discomfort

Swap everything over to dye free and perfume/fragrance free. Look at ingredients because they hide it.
When he starts eating solids in a couple months: no artificial dyes, preservatives etc.
Keep it dry, only bathe 1x week.
Calendula and arnica cream (you can get it at target, Walmart, etc) alternate use every few hour.
If that doesn’t make a difference, start looking at dietary changes due to allergies: milks first.
My oldest is very prone to eczema and we know when he has been around artificial sugars, dyes, perfumes, etc.

@laniejay, he’s just on formula right now and I already use dye free detergent I’m putting aquafor and it’s not working that’s what she told me to use
