I asked for one at a growth scan and I was 39+1 and she tried but couldn’t cause I wasn’t dilated at all but she tried- I guess it depends on the midwife/ hospital xx

My consultant said you can ask your midwife from 36 onwards and have twice a week from 38! I had no idea and funnily enough my consultant did one on the day and I had baby 2 days later, so I never went through with asking the midwife and seeing if they'd do it!

Mine wanted me to get booked in for one at 38 weeks but I refused it till after my due date xx

Mine said only 41+ x

Depending on midwife usually 40weeks however if in early labour before that they can give you a sweep to speed things up xx
