@verdugoanabella, if you leave it cooking overnight in lemon it cooks the shrimp, my OB, nutritionists and my perineonatalogist have all said it’s okay to eat as long as it stays over night to cook in lime juice.
@raqueliiosiis, but have to be cooked not cooked with lemon that’s is prohibited at least 4 of my doctors prohibited
@miloorflorencetbd, no my OB said raw seafood and hardshell seafood are a no. So no sushi, no lobster, no crawfish nothing like that. I was told you can eat canned tuna since it’s cooked, shrimp and salmon but it can’t be raw and you can’t eat it everyday but like once a week it’s okay. And if you eat tuna you can eat the entire can without having to cook it since it’s already cooked.
@raqueliiosiis that's really good to know. I figured all seafood was a no go!
@verdugoanabella, you can eat ceviche in moderation. Your actually allowed to eat about a handful a week of shrimp. And shrimp is one of the few fish you can eat while pregnant along with salmon.
@verdugoanabella it was vegetarian, no worries!! Normally I hate tofu but ceviche with tofu is amazing.
Y shouldn’t eat it, if ur pregnant because it’s not considered the shrimp or fish is cooked
@raqueliiosiis, well for me any of them permit me to eat it even is overnight. Depend the doctor and I will not risk
