How do you mammas deal when feeling overwhelmed and anxious ?
@brittney.arp11, there’s no way I can nap. Both my kids nap at different times ☹️
@3boylife, I don’t have time Alone ever. Hubby works and goes to school. We only have one car so hubby needs it. And I have no friends 😅
I go somewhere alone after work or take a car ride. Hang out with a friend , detox baths and music, walking in park or stress eat like @girlmom., said.
Sit outside by myself go for a walk do some exercise take some time out for myself separate from the kids and everybody read something that interests me go to my favorite store by myself listen to my station really loud and drive fast lol
Try to exercise...when I get like that what helps me is swimming laps...
