Getting my mirena iud in tomorrow at the hospital.. I’m nervous.. is it 100 percent pregnancy preventable?

@angelsmommy25 I only ever use the pill. That's the only one I trust. Don't mean to scare you but it's kind of important to know the potential risks. These things are rare but they do happen.

@angelsmommy25 it's dangerous because of the IUD shifts out of place it can move to different parts of your body and cause major damage like organ failure and if you end up pregnant with the IUD it's dangerous for you and the baby and that could cause you to become sterile, meaning you will no longer be able to have kids. T
