What does it mean when my 3week old baby throw up milk? And choking on her own saliva?what can i do ?

@heaventhomas2525 sometimes babies that young have a hard time pacing themselves and they eat too quickly. Once you see her drink a good amount maybe stop her, try to burp her a little, and go back to feeding her. She'll probably cry though, so if she cries just wipe her little mouth and give her a second or two so she can resume eating.

As pp stated, if she's spitting up while sleeping roll up a small blanket and put it under her mattress where her head lays, so she can sleep a little bit elevated. It doesn't have to be too high but just at a bit of an angle to help keep everything down.

Mine does the same. His pediatrician says it’s acid reflux “GERD” recommendation was to feed him slowly with lots of burb breaks, elevated. Try to burp longer & often. Sleep elevated.
