High fat, high protein low carb. There’s actually a cardiologist who recently came out about how unhealthy it is.
Keto is low/no carb, high protein. You will lose weight if you do it properly. My sons dad lost like 30lb in a month of strict keto.
Keto is not high protein. It is high fat, moderate protein, low carb. If consistent you will have great progress. Down 5.8 lb in 4 days
