Can anyone explain to me what back contractions feel like? I have yet to feel period like ones. I’m already dilated to a 2 and 30% effaced but I’ve had nothing but constant back pain.

Like right now my back is in so much pain. I can almost guarantee next Monday when I get checked again I’ll be dilated more. I just have a feeling my back hurting this bad is a little more than what I think it is.
