I had the mirena through breastfeeding both my kids (and will for my third). Any milk loss I had was not due to the iud. It was always either something I didn’t do - drink enough water, eat enough etc.

Just be aware if you are eating or drinking enough and you should be fine, the Mirena shouldn’t have anything to do with it 😊
