Question for the mommy's who had vaginal birth. So I have no car at the moment bc it went to crap so I had to junk it. So I have to walk pretty much everywhere. Well yesterday I took a super long walk to the crayola factory with my son and then we walked around the crayons factory and walked home after. I didn't even think about it but is that too much on my body for being only 3 weeks pp.?

Walking is good! I had v birth and walking as soon as I could after delivery helped ease the pain. Hang in there! You'll feel better soon.
You should be ok. Just try and take it easy the next few days. Walking is good for your healing process but you don't want to over do it.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. Walking is a great way to heal. The only thing you shouldn’t be doing stretching around that area. I had an epidural and walking hurt my back so bad at first but Ik it was making it better. I would walk around and feel great but if I laid around more it made me so sore.
