To be safe Tylenol would be better

Like someone else said no because it has aspirin in it and aspirin is harmful for people under a certain age. The tension headache meds someone suggested might work better than acetaminophen (Tylenol) by itself because it contains caffeine or you could just take Tylenol with some caffeine like coffee or tea. If you keep getting headaches and migraines you should definitely talk to your doctor and see what he/she thinks. Mine prescribed me medication for headaches that’s stronger than OTC meds but also safe during pregnancy.

@athenia823 nope. Dont do it again mama. I was no saint the day i found out i was pregnant i took 2 robax before i took the test cause my back hurt. Then after that i took nothing cause tylenol doesnt work on me and its the only thing you can take 🤷🏻

Ask your doctor if you can take excedrin tension headache. If I remember right (I get migraines too) this doesn’t have aspirin it in. BUT ask your doctor first.

Yeah you would have to ask your dr if it’s ok because of the aspirin in it. I just take some Tylenol, and if it’s really bad some caffeine too.

I believe the only thing you can take is Tylenol. Definitely talk to your doctor for specifics.
