Almost due date 14 more days but I’m already 3cm dilated so my doctor said he will be inducing me at 39 weeks if she don’t come by then .

@raqueliiosiis, i don’t have gd this just is my 3rd and i just asked for him to give me a sweep he said i was already 3cm so if she don’t come by 39 they will induce . I just told him i wanted to get this over with already . Thought he would say no
@emmamarch16th, this is my 3rd . I just told him i wanted to get it over with and he said since I’m already 3cm he will induce . At first they were saying at 41 weeks but guessing my doctor already know i prolly won’t go past anyways
Yea, I’ve defiantly heard of it being done for medical reasons but just wondered if they induced before 42 weeks in the US for non medical reasons
@emmamarch16th, idk OPs reason but with me I have GD so I will not be allowed to go pass 39 weeks
Why 39 weeks? Is that normal in the US or is there a medical reason for it? Just curious because they don’t induce you until you’re 42 weeks in the UK
