Waking up with tears in my eyes from nightmares is horrible. I can't have these for the rest of my life, idk what to do.

@wvgirl, not to offend but u suffer from any kinda depression? I have like that’s why I have mine, my mind doesn’t shut off really and goes deep into the stuff that’s left a mark

@breezy81516 i have nightmares of when my dad died when i was 17 and then my friend Aaron got shot and killed in 2016 and i seen his body and all the blood and then last year i lost my mom very suddenly in March and then 4 months later i watched my grandma take her last breath.

@wvgirl, I have times it’s like that also I’m sorry . It sucks, makes it feel like u didn’t even sleep. They mess up days.

I have really messed up dreams also.. and woke up crying today, but it stems from the chaos in my life rn
