Doctor said this is a side effect from my sons hand foot and mouth disease? These are ALL over his body. He has about 8-10 of them. Tell me I’m not crazy and this looks like it has nothing to do with hfm😩 I’m stressing out.

My ds1 had a bad case of hand foot mouth and didn't have anything that looked like that.

@scream.queen, my son has it VERY bad on his bottom and a little around his mouth but these bumps don’t look to me to have anything to do with it. They’re huge and all over his face and legs.

Maybe it could be a reaction? Are they itchy? Could you maybe get a second opinion? My son was literally covered from head to toe even inside his mouth. His were little, not huge like that.

I would try to get a second opinion. That looks really painful and almost like it's infected.

My son has had hfm 3 times since he was 8 months, he's now two,and this has never happened. I'd definitely take him somewhere else for another opinion.
