My middle boy he has a favorite blanket and he can't sleep with out it so we took his blanket to his bed and since he seen it in his bed he'll sleep in there now.

Start by putting him in his bed for naps, if he still takes naps. If not just put him in his bed at night. He will probably cry and throw a fit but you have to be strong. Just tell him its time to go to sleep. Go in every 5 min when he is crying and tell him it's time to go to sleep and lay him back down and walk out. He will eventually fall asleep. Every night add on a couple of minutes. So the next night go in every 7 min. It took me about 5 days to get my daughter to sleep in her own bed with out crying and throwing a fit. Also establish a routine. That way he knows it is getting time for bed.

Do you lay in bed with him till he sleeps and let him know hes a big boy

I would be clear that “im going to lay with you till you sleep, then im going tonget up and go in my bed, if you need me ill be right here “

Have a night light , door open
