So im 4.5 cm dilated 50% eff having light contractions didn't even know i was dilated contractions are not bad this my 3rd pregnancy this ever happen to anyone??

@jas0927, I have high pain tolerance so I really didn’t realize the contractions until they got really bad, your possibly in the same boat. With my first I was having contractions and would have never known if my water didn’t break lol when I got to the hospital they said my contractions were pretty strong but I didn’t feel anything.
@mimixtmn my first n second came fast also at 37weeks but i was having contractions this time im dilated didnt even kno i was having contractions they sent me back home tho
My second & third came super fast.. not sure how dilated I was before labor they came at 38 & 37 weeks and my dr doesn’t check until 39 weeks (with my third I was 6cm at my arrival at the hospital, my second I was pushing by the time I arrived)

I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
Question.. is it possible for one to be in “active labor” but not be dilated AT ALL? The only thing she’s having is contractions, not regular, irregular pattern contractions. They come in groups she says.
Having contractions every 3-4 mins since 4:44 ima try to wait them out BC last time I was having contractions 3 mins apart I wasn't dilating any but I was a finger tip and at my last appointment I was a full centimeter dilated.
