Often times we want to believe people change for us or even for themselves but past 25 it usually takes a traumatic experience for anything to drastically change a mind from its current reasoning.

People hardly change from who they are.

Stand your ground momma. Don’t tolerate it and if need be, start those steps for being the first to walk away.

If he wanted to change, he'd be making some positive progress, but he's actively seeking out other women to flirt with. He's putting effort into doing the opposite of what he's saying. Sorry hun.

If you're his "one and only" he wouldn't be looking for other girls to flirt with. I couldn't trust anything he said, especially if this is repeated behavior. No trust is an absolute dealbreaker. I'd move on to a man whose actions align with his words.
