What cold medicines are safe to take while breastfeeding? Im dying over here and forgot to ask at my doctors…

Call your doc. They should be able to give you advice.

Suddafed and Benadryl are known to be drying. Zyrtec is usually ok. A quick google search should help you out.

I have personally taken zyrtec, Benadryl, and suddafed while breastfeeding if things get really bad. Just balance it out with extra fluids.

Omg cold is horrible! Try some Vichy on your foot soles, it might help with a stuffy nose
