Guys! There's a pattern, I didn't know there was a pattern! Though, before I'm too excited can someone fact check me or confirm? On the other app someone asked how long breast milk could be stored and at room temperature. I knew 6mos in the freezer and something like a week in the fridge. Anyways, someone said that it's 6-6-6. 6mos in the freezer, 6 days in the fridge and 6hrs. at room temp. Super helpful, is that accurate?

The NICU told me only 2 days in the fridge. I can go about 3-4 before it starts smelling spoiled. And only about 3 hours room temp

6 hours at room temp is the absolute max and that's only if it's just been freshly pumped.

I go by the “up to” 666 rule. Up to 6 month in freezer, up to 6 days in fridge and up to 6 hours at room temp (maximums)
