Definitely sounds like contractions. Every five minutes for how long hun?
They come like every 5 min and when they do come it feels like I have to poop and then it’ll go away and then come back
Are they timetable? Can you breath and or speak through the pains? It’s most likely you have a gut ache if it comes and you need to use the bathroom.
If you're only 29 weeks but having actual contractions then you should have an ambulance come get you, this app is for questions and advice yes but not for potentially life threatening situations
