When your kids grounded what do you do to keep them from sneaking out and watching tv?... I put documentaries on and if he sneaks out to watch TV hes learning something haha
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

what do you do when You have sick kids at home? Do you let them just veg on the couch watching tv or movies all day? Does it depend on how sick they are or do you not allow tv at all? I feel like all my kids do is watch tv...
Yesterday's estimated weight on my baby during the ultrasound he weighed 7lb 11oz do you think he will fit into newborn clothes the day he's born ? if he comes out at around 8lbs? Or should I take 0-3 just in case ??

@jassymuvaa_ my son like the xbox and he can only play that for an hour if he was good at school but when he gets in trouble with it's at school or at home everything goes

@lexi1215, my boys know not to sneak .. once I turn the tv off or punishment, that’s it. I’ve caught them on the iPads (in bed and not on punishment) and I take it out of their hands, and they go in my room. School nights, no games during the week. If I allow them to, they get one hour of free time on the iPads. But no game systems at all during the school week. And they can watch tv until 8:30pm, they don’t really care for tv anyway. So majority of the time they never watch tv, a movie here and there but that’s it.
I guess, I would take the tv out his room or the cord, and he wouldn’t get it back until otherwise.

@_ivyjayde yeah I wish my son was like that but ... he has some kind of learning delay and so if hes not on his meds which he only takes when he goes to school his mind is going to fast for him to comprehend and learn so it gets him in a lot of trouble and he knows when he does stuff that gets him in trouble he just doesnt care until hes in trouble

Luckily my son has learned and knows better now cause when he gets grounded he is also told we will add an extra day anytime he breaks his grounding rules lol
Cause he has gotten 3 extra days before due to tryna sneak around and get on his tablet and stuff when I am exhausted and busy with his younger brother & his dad's at work.
Now he takes his groundings like a champ but he is rarely grounded too after the first 2-3, he has realized he strongly dislikes it lol

Lol!! My 16yo was banned from tv, we would keep it on pj masks or Disney Jr/ Nick Jr.... He'd watch it any way 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🙄
