It’s time for me to start going back to work and leaving this goofball with his dad. I am strictly breastfeeding and need to increase my milk supply so I can leave enough bottles for him while I’m gone. Any suggestions on what will help increase it?
@xomarylee, I’ll definitely look into that and I’ll try the power pumping this week!
You can pump at work. It’s against the law if they don’t allow it. I however have the same dilemma. I work at a coffee stand, normally solo, and extremely busy..idk how I’ll be able to step away to pump. I think I’m going to have to switch to formula 😔
I heard that no job can deny and should always give you time to pump. Just check the law in your area. For increasing you can try power pumping because it’s kinda like cluster feeding. It’s takes time but I heard it really works. It’s when you pump for 10mins and rest for 10mins and keep doing that for 1-3 hours to fully empty the breast and to send the breast signal as if you baby needs more so your breast will start to process more on demand for the baby.
@mhbb3, unfortunately I’m not gonna be able to pump at work cause I work at a restaurant but I’ll try and pump right before I go and when I get home
just pump every four hours at work or as often as you can. Pump when he would normally be eating. Whenever you are together, only nurse, no bottles.
I haven't tried myself yet but I've seen momma's on here that said they do work
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@lizsouthwick, try to get as many bottles as you can before you go to work! I’m in the same position. I really don’t want to use formula
