So I think I have spd I had it with my first but nowhere near as bad as this It is constantly throbbing and today is so painful I'm close to tears just sitting down any advice on how to deal with the pain? I don't know if i can deal with this pain for 3 more weeks! Tia x

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I need to try the gym ball as the pillow does nothing! Thank you ladies x
