Got my IUD yesterday for the first time and ever since then I’ve been super crampy and sleepy. That’s normal right

Did it hurt u I’m getting the mirena iud in on Tuesday going thru a procedure at the hospital n I’m scared

I got mine Thursday and I still occasionally get cramps but I haven’t been sleepy

Yes its normal! You’ll be a tad crampy for a few days but then everything goes back to normal! Take some Advil.
