If you have a good midwife it helps. Just follow their instruction and go with the flow. Vaginas are kinda built to tear, you likely wont notice if they don't tell you.
I ripped in 3 places twice on the outside and once on the inside but thankfully I didn’t rip from my vagina to my butt. There really isn’t anything you can do to prevent it, it just happens to some women, I hope you’re one of the lucky ones who don’t.
I only tore with my first who I had an epi with I tore I believe because I couldn’t feel my contractions nor my pushes. With my second & third I did it all natural and was able to control my pushes with my contractions and I believe it really helped to not tear.

I tore with both 5lbs babies. Some women tear some don’t. Good luck ☺️

I did not tear for both of mine and I didn't have any meds. I wonder if that is why? They had small heads though lol so that could have been it too
