Any tips on how to get a ball an ear ring bar? I’m trying to change my nipple rings and I can’t get the ball off my left one 😩😩😩

@mommyjay0579, it can take about a year to heal. You can always go back to the shop and have them change it for you.
@brittanystewart304 how long have u had them done? And did it hurt when u put new ones in? I have mine pierced and they still crust some and I got mine done in February but I'm nervous to change them lol
@leeoshee, it’s hurting now where I tried so hard to get it off until I got the pliers lol. But their changed so I’m happy. Lol.

U have to like hold one end really tight , it’s gonna hurt for a second but will loosen up
So mad I woke up to eat and get ready for my doc appointment and I swallow my tongue ring ball just great that all I need 🙄

@mommyjay0579, I’ve only had mine done since July. It didn’t hurt changing them.
