I have had with this acid reflux I’ve tried everything from milk to tums and other medicines anyone know anything else I can try I’ve hard it for a week straight now it’s so bad I puke acid til it’s yellow 😭

Zantac and Gaviscon. Avoid all acidic foods. Sit up for an hour after eating. Lay on left side. That's all I've got.
