@duckduckgoose, the dress has the slits on the top that you can move so you have to put on a breast feeding bra.

And the tops come down on the dress?

@duckduckgoose, I honestly have no idea the brand.. but you can just search breastfeeding tops and a bunch come up. I even bought a real nice dress from there

@sabby, YES! I went to visit my family recently (normally a 5hour drive) and it took me close to 9 hours!! Because I had to constantly stop because he was being fussy 😩
