Had my second membrane sweep today. All I can say is ouch... 2cm dilated, baby is super low! But ouch!!

@cahillgx01, also get lots of rest too though and sleep!!! Sleep sleep sleep before that baby arrives haha! Cuz girl you won’t be sleeping for a while after 🤪
@cahillgx01, that’s how mine started !! I did lots of walking after and stairs. It progressed quicker haha
@carusod91, yeah, although they aren’t consistent or painful enough to be a concern yet, but there’s still lower back and abdominal pressure like you wouldn’t believe

That’s one thing I regretted doing haha hurt so much. However I went into labour and gave birth the next day
