I’m freaking out because I think I’m loosing my milk.😰 he’s crying so hard at the boob. I’ll feel my let down but once it’s done it like it’s not enough. Its been happening for the past 3 days... but he’s had really full diapers. Idk ..Idk if I’m suppose give him formula . I don’t know what kind of formula because I’ve never used it before. I need help.
@goddesshotep, idk why this made me tear up but thank you so much. You just put my mind at ease. But yes water... oatmeal... tea.. got it! Thank you again!!
@mar_la those feelings happen to all nursing mom's.
It's probably a growth spurt. Let him continue to nurse as often as he'd like so he can produce more milk. Make sure your fuild intake is plentiful and try eating oatmeal or lookup other foods or tea's that'll help you produce milk. I've nursed 6 of my children and never needed formula. Trust your baby and your body. It knows what to do. So hopefully this helps.
@justgotaname, it really is because I feel like hes hungry and I’m not giving him enough
He could be having a growth spurt? Keep putting him to the breast! I know it’s frustrating.
Pumping can give you an indication of how much milk you’re producing from each breast .
🙄 baby keeps vomiting, not just a little spit up, it’s not every bottle it’s kinda random. He burps a lot. I don’t think I’m over feeding him. Went through the same thing with my daughter but she was older. With her we switched formula and it stopped happening. He’s on the formula that we switched to, maybe I should try the regular stuff for him? Idk I’m so lost. Hate seeing my baby do that 💔
When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.

Idk if this is real I’m about to go to google but I would sooo go if it is!!
I’m sorry but I’m still not circumcising my son 🤷🏽♀️ and I don’t care what anyone has to say about it either cause it’s not right to me. That’s their decision to make.
@mar_la I went through it too, he had full diapers as well, it's a growth spurt! It will happen periodically. Completely normal. As others suggested, drink lots of water. That's the most important, but other than that it's normal. Dont give him formula, trust your body and his diapers. Although it seems after the let down that nothing more is coming out it IS. It's just the high fat content stuff that doesnt flow out as easily but is vital. You're doing great just keep it up! 🙂
