@leshain18 it was hard I tell ya but them breathing with the contractions helped alot and I also had the peanut birthing ball helped alot to you can do it hun even of you have to get the epidural you're doing a great job cause you're birthing a baby and that alone is alot

It's well worth is hun I had all natural births with each child it for easier and I was actually able to get up and walk a out a hour after giving birth I love the natural birth I am not going to lie the breathing techniques helped me a whole lot

I'm down to 14 days at the least, have already done it naturally 2 times, and I'm still not ready to do it a 3rd time! It is scary (in the time that it is going on), but worth it! Makes me sad knowing this will be my last time too, so I plan on embracing it. But if you don't, that's ok too!!

It is a scary feeling but natural to feel that way, talk to you’re doctor if you are wanting a natural birth, I’m about to give birth and still terrified I’ve already done it once .. so it’s normal ... good luck !
