This morning was my last appointment before my scheduled induction on Tuesday. My doctor did a membrane sweep in hopes to get labor started on its own before then. I can’t wait to meet little mama !! Has anyone ever had a membrane sweep work for them because most people I talk to have said it didn’t work and is there anything I should do to help it out? I’ve been bouncing on my ball and going up and down my stairs and plan to do the deed later tonight 😋 lol but does anything help?

@nikki_825, I’ve been having allot of false labor since the sweep beside the contractions I feel ok, the sweep it’s self was extremely painful. And I have had slight bleeding since it was done yesterday morning.
@krys no I wasn't able to get the sweep hopefully once everything starts Monday morning it goes pretty fast. How r u feeling after the sweep??
@nikki_825, Did you get the sweep as well or are you just getting induced.
@d-lane-knee11, don’t think it’s working or maybe it is and it is just going slow I am having lots of contractions on and off but not enough.
@zyandnyeimommy, continued to do what I was doing and started some serious contractions last night I thought for sure that was it but after a good 5 or 6 hours they didn’t pick up all though they where bad enough to have me keeled over. So I forced myself to sleep hoping they would get worse and wake me up but I slept through the night and woke up to nothing. However they are picking back up again so praying this is it!!
Sounds like were in the same boat hope I make so progress b4 my induction on Monday..
I had a membrane sweep and went into labor early the next day.
Not really try the walking continue bouncing and the deed tonight. It could work. Keep us updated
