It just depends on your baby. If I ate certain spicy foods with my daughter she'd get an upset belly. With my boys I could eat whatever I wanted. There's no need to cut out foods unless you find they cause problems.
Nothing really. Your baby may be sensitive to some things. Spicy, dairy, coffee. None of us could say for sure.
Any variation of peppermint can reduce milk supply. As well as some other herbs like sage, parsley, oregano.
Anything that makes you gassy, will make your baby gassy.. I avoid all green vegetables minus spinach. And dairy 🤷🏻♀️ But I’m lactose intolerant soo.
