My son has been acting out because he doesn’t know how to express his emotions and I feel like I’m completely failing him because I can’t teach him to express then because even tho I am an adult no one ever taught me how to express my emotions either & I know he’s suffering & I just really don’t know how to help him it’s really heart breaking, I’ve been crying all week 😩

Its okay mamas. I understand. My son started to be the same way until i got him around other children his age. I didnt know how powerful a playdate could be until i started having them❤️
