Ok sooooooo I’ve been up at this time everyday for the last week. When is my sleeping schedule going to get back to normal?? I try not to sleep all day and I stay awake until I fall asleep which is around 10 but I end up waking up to eat and I stay awake. This is driving me nuts

Talk to your obgyn about it. It can real bad... I'm currently struggling with insomnia. It sucks so bad!! I take Benadryl sometimes and it still won't help me sleep.

@dannaaa.xo, ha !! It did I found some and took it right after I logged off of here and within 30 mins I was out. Normally I’m still asleep at this time I usually don’t wake up until 5 in the evening so I think my schedule is on it’s way to being back in track. Thanks a lot I totally forgot that stuff knocks me out 😂

@candacerenee omg lucky you!!! I stayed awake all night til like around 10 I took a 1 hour nap cause at 11 my son woke up. So right now I'm literally a walking zombie. 😭 I don't usually take Benadryl but I should tho . I just hate how it makes me feel like the hot flashes it gives me. But I think tonight I will be taking some !! I'm glad you got some rest 😊😊

@dannaaa.xo, rest is important lol I have to get my sleeping schedule back in order I can’t stay up until 4 am when I have to do 10 hour shifts starting at 4 am 😂 luckily my employers understand. But yes hit up that Benadryl enjoy it just as much as I did lol thanks again for reminding me it existed
