If you don't produce enough fertile cm around the time you ovulate , you can buy a great sperm friendly lube called pressed. Use opks to track ovulation, preferably easy at home from amazon, they are the best ! Take prenatal vitamins. And download fertility friend app to track your cyclle, it's the best !! Or ovia. Ovia is good too ! It's better to have sex in the days leading up to ovulation... as it's better to have the sperm waiting for the egg, rather than on the way ! Also, sex every other day in your fertile week is good... doing it everyday may lessen sperm count ! Drink plenty of water, and good luck !!
