When to go in and get checked!? Im having some pretty strong cramping, and pressure 🤷🏽 ♀ 😩

I was on a walk when they started and I had to sit down cause it was to painful.. I’ll be timing them now.

If you have pressure go in. That’s one sign that baby is moving on down and you are dilating. I went in at 34 weeks my only complaint was pressure (it reminded me of the end of labor with my daughter) and turned out I was in fact in labor and dilating.

So pressure and the fact you had to sit because of the pain I would say it’s a good idea to go in. Good luck Mama 💕

@tiera_shaye, the contractions aren’t consistent they are every 5mins then every 7mins . But I do feel like I’m dilating but I don’t want to go in and they tell me it’s normal and blah blah you know how sometimes you can feel silly for getting checked but if it does become more painful I will definitely get checked!

, @malbhurtado, no I haven’t called I’m sure they’ll say once they become consistent to go in some don’t have you come in to get checked if they aren’t consistent contractions 😒 but I’ll be calling if they definitely continue..

@fakoffyeh, they aren’t consistent it’s every 5mins then I get another one at 7 minutes and then it goes up to 8 mins and then back down to 5 mins.

@nessaness, I totally understand. That’s how I felt going in the few times I had to. (I had constant real contractions every 2-4 min from 34 weeks until birth) each hospital and dr is different. That’s what makes it so hard. Good luck. I hope it’s baby time for you!

My OB gave me the 511 rule. "An easy rule to use is the 5-1-1 rule: if you are having contractions every five minutes, each contraction lasts about one minute, and these minute-long contractions last for one hour, call the doctor or go to the hospital."
