Not sure how old your child is, but delsym works for my son. We gave him very small amount per our allergist when he was probably 3, but i wouldn’t recommend for any younger than that. Its an excellent cough suppressant and the only remedy for night time colds. Lasts 12 hrs...

I agree with the zarbees. Love it!

@noahsmamaa In my opinion it helps more than everything else I've used. Clears out the mucus way faster.
