Who else nurses & eat chocolate some people say you can’t eat it??

That’s inaccurate unless baby has an issue with dairy. There are certain foods you shouldn’t eat if it does upset babies tummy, but I’ve never heard of greasy foods being an issue. Maybe if you eat spicy pizza or again, with the cheese if there’s a dairy issue 🤔

@patricia.ann1995 I mean eating certain foods can upset your babies stomach. I couldn't eat dairy for like 4 months or my son would get really bad gas. So I guess it kind of makes sense.

I have never heard that I had to withhold eating anything while nursing.

They told me it could go I my milk and she can have it
